Pinewood to host ‘drive-thru’ movies

PINEWOOD studios is screening its first ever series of ‘drive-thru’ flicks this winter.

Film buffs can wind back their car seats to watch movies including Mamma Mia! and Slumdog Millionaire at the Iver Heath studios.

Pinewood says the screen will be one of the biggest in Europe and the programme kicks off on October 31 with spooky thrillers The Omen and The Shining.

Standard tickets for a car, with a maximum of four people per vehicle, cost ?35.

Films include: Bridget Jones’ Diary, Full Metal Jacket, Planet of the Apes, Notting Hill, Dr Strangelove and Gladiator.

How do you find those fun kids' places like discovery zone and leaps and bounds and what are they called?
I remember going to those places. They are a blast for kids and great for parents cause their kids get worn out from having too much fun. I haven’t seen them around anymore though. But I’m trying to find places like that for my kids. That have the playplaces like Mcdonalds and Chuck E cheese but more solely for climbing and such like Discovery Zone was. I’ve been trying to look it up on the internet and have no luck. Any suggestions?

I went when I was little, and it was great. They have things to climb on, little areas for role play like grocery stores and firehouses, and things like that.

ok i got pulled over with my friends on the way to chicago along with my friends people told on us for driving on the shoulders and speeding and passing snacks while we drive so i shrieff pulled he and i over and let us go with a warning of what the people called us on now on the way back same thing only reason we wasnt arrested because we new they couldnt arrest us without proff so we denyed everything. then jus recently i ran a red light the cops let me go because of my marine corp wallet i told them im joining marine corps this sep1(which was true at the time now its in april). then jus recently i was speeding on the free way then 2days later my friend said theres a sheriff with a ka-band radar gun sitting on the side of the road scanning everyone. then i sped off from his school then the next day there are cops and his school. then i went to my car shop theres a sheriff waiting on something. then i went pass the way i go towards the free way theres a cop car jus sitting there waiting. and also they keep circling around the corners where i normally go. is this due to my current eventS? r they waiting on me and my car?( i have a 9500ix im sure i wouldve detected them.) but are they waiting on me?

As of last Friday, there were talks of doing Batista and Vince McMahon vs. John Cena and Bret Hart, likely at WrestleMania. It’s possible they may do it at the Elimination Chamber PPV though and then have Cena vs. Batista and Vince vs. Bret (streetfight) in singles matches at WrestleMania. Also planned for WrestleMania is a hair vs. mask match featuring CM Punk and Rey Mysterio. You know the obvious winner there. Stay tuned!

Okay… now this is a WM worth watching, Bret vs vince street fight will be Epic… But it will not work without blood….

If it’s an opinion you want, Vince & Bati-man VS Bret & Cena seems likely as Cena and Batista would do most of the fighting, and Bret and Vince’s involvement in the match would be minimal (except for probably the final moment of the match where Bret puts Vince in a sharpshooter for the win).

Vince is too old for a 1-on-1 street fight, and Bret’s concussion problems mean that he couldn’t do it either. Involving two other wrestlers is the only way to make them have a half-decent match.

Are we heading back to a universe(or is that multiverse) without a beginning or end again(steady state theory)?
Okay, I know that the Big Bang happened and all. But since then we’ve come up with string theory, which has now become M-theory. And according to it, the most popular contender for the almost mythical "Theory of Everything", there are multiple dimensions to existence(we could be living inside one while others are too tiny to detect) and, through a lot of other physics stuff which I’m too lazy to type out, there are these things called Membranes and their collisions could have resulted in the Big Bang itself, starting our universe.

What interests me is that it says that other(parallel?) universes exist. The thing is that now we’ve effectively gone "before the Big Bang". Our time doesn’t exist then, but some other universe’s(in fact many other universe’s) does. But once again, we face the problem of when "ALL" of this started. The Big Bang was supposed to be the beginning of everything, but now we’ve completely sidestepped that idea in order to explain it.

So we have once again two options - 1)There was some "Ultimate Beginning" of "Everything", which no physics theory today addresses at all because it would be impossible to see evidence for it in our totally unimportant universe. (Effectively meaning we’ve got nothing with this option). Or,
2)The "Multiverse", or whatever you wanna call it, has always existed and probably always will(Effectively a "new" Steady State Theory), regardless of whatever happens to our universe.

I know this is the wrong section, but I usually get good answers here, so I’m posting it here as well.

Take the Big Bang Theory and throw it out the window. It’s a theory someone made up quite a while ago and it doesn’t apply very well.

Also M theory (the equation of everything) and throw it out the window. Most humans like to categorize, organize, and/or classify everything when some things simply cannot be classified.
Not all things can be in the same category like gravitons and electrons.

The new science of quantum mechanics and quantum science are pretty solid.
This is an excellent category to place your question actually seeing that the answers of the Universe can’t always be explained using science but may be better explained with Philosophy.

I like to think of the universe as a 1-dimensional object. A point. Existence.
"inside" it is a 2-dimensional egg-shell like barrier. 2 dimensions provide the "where"
"Within" that 2-dimensional barrier is the 3 dimensional existence. 3 dimensions provide just another layer of dimension. You can actually make a 3 dimensional object using 2 dimensions.

It’s hard to explain but the 1-dimensional Existences or "realities" can pass through one another
yet… THEY ARE ALL CONNECTED. When they have space between them, gravitons can move between the many many realities.

To answer your question, I believe that there are more and more realities being created and I don’t know at what speed.
But perhaps one day we can talk to other realities. I do not think we will ever merge with other realities.
